There will be 2 upcoming Mediation Trainings in May & June 2009. 

INTRODUCTION TO MEDIATION - The purpose of this 16-hour training is to introduce participants to conflict resolution skills and the six-stage mediation process to gain an understanding of what mediation is as a form of dispute resolution and how it can be used. 

DATES:  Saturday, May 30th, Monday, June 1st, Tuesday, June 2nd and Wednesday, June 3rd.  TIMES:  Saturday:  9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Monday through Wednesday:  each night is from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm.  Dinner will be served from 5:00 - 5:30 pm each day.

The cost will be $400.  A $50 deposit is required to register.  Payment in full is due at least one week before the first day of the training.  We accept cash, check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.  Make checks payable to Community Mediation, Inc.

MEDIATION CERTIFICATION - Community Mediation, Inc. will provide a Certificate for successfully completing 32 hours of mediation training to participants who finish both the (16-Hour) Mediation training and the (16-hour) Mediation Certification training.  This intermediate training consists of small group role plays to give participants a chance to practice their mediation skills, as well as lectures and discussions.  You will receive a Mediation Manual with this training.
