In 1993, CM’s Board of Directors established The Honorable Robert C. Zampano Award for Excellence in Mediation in honor of, and now in memory of, the late United States District Court Judge Robert C. Zampano, a pioneer in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.  This award recognizes and celebrates leadership, initiative and creativity in mediation in Connecticut.  This year CM recognize William DeVane Logue, J.D. at an Award Ceremony scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2015, at The Quinnipiack Club, 221 Church St., New Haven at 5:30 p.m.

William DeVane Logue, J.D. is founder of The Logue Group, a firm specializing in conflict management and public policy and stakeholder facilitation. In addition, he frequently consults to foundations on program feasibility, design and evaluation. He is past chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section; past Co‐Chair of the Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution in the Courts; and a past President of the New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He serves on several state and federal neutral panels and is a Senior Affiliate Practitioner of the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration. Bill teaches Negotiation and Representation in Mediation and is a Senior Fellow and Director of Training Programs at the Quinnipiac School of Law’s Center on Dispute Resolution. He is a graduate of Brown University and UConn Law School and clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Zampano.
